    Small break fee ($1m) is like the cost of an option to SEA IMO. Pay the $1m and walk away if Txn wells flow poorly. Good business move by SEA. Us TXN holders will be in deep s..t if current drilling produces little that impresses.

    I've hedged my bets and transferred some of my TXN holding into other stocks.
