    hi tilleydog,

Its going to be a nail biter in my opinion, If I was interested in making a bid I would want to wait for flow rates if possible. Lot of wells being drilled and coming online soon. hopefully first results in a couple of weeks, if the fracs occurred on time.

The register is wide open, SEA has no advantage over any other that may be interested IMHO. No volume to the short term traders that I've seem. The break fee with SEA is so small it seems strange.

If I was a gambling man, and the compelling evidence of that is I hold these shares, I would guess if we get one competing bid we may get more. If it was a cash offer and the bidding company australian then I would gamble on first or second monday morning after flow rates are announced.

Time to put results in spreadsheets talk to their board and brokers, open the bid and get some shares while its still sunday in the US. Just my thoughts mind. No idea if SEA would put may put any cash on the table.

If it goes to SEA at least I can margin borrow.

Anyhow happy new year and profitable trading for all in 2013. Good luck! and DYOR
