Surandy, I agree the cash is there. But far better to preserve it for Tz and others where leverage is far greater.
UK is all about buying cashflow, and is terrific if shareholders let it go ahead.
If we (and I say we as shareholders) dont raise the cash then you really cant justify the purchase as we need cash for other things.. all imho.
KEY and shareholders need to get this over the line imho.
