    If its a major holder (that's singular) selling off (just to keep the price down), then surely that will have to appear as an announcement informing us of a change in substantial holding, wouldn't it? No matter if they are selling in 3,000 lots or 300,000 lot's, they'd have to inform us...
    On another method however, they could 'employ' secret holder's to hold onto millions of shares and gently leak them out 20 or 30 thousand at a time to keep downward pressure on the stock... but no. That wouldn't be legal, would it?
