It's not a golden goose. It's called Zeus. IP technology.
Ivanhoe and Robert Friedland have turned barren land into millions of dollars of inground value through a mantra that many are not able to embrace. Drill deep and often. Cases in point are Oyu Tolgoi and Voisey Bay.
This philosophy will either turn cash to cinders or put a fire under the stock price that feels like methylated spirits are shooting out your orifice.
Ivanhoe would prefer that EXCO not have this much money to drill this very prospective ground which is why they want all funds returned to shareholders leaving EXCO dry again.
The management team at EXCO have proven how good they are at creating value on the end of a drill bit. Now they will have the cash to drill a lot of holes I reckon let em go at it.
Any sale to Ivanhoe would sell the farm and I am not interested in selling the goose that lays the golden eggs. Thanks again Michael and may the luck of the Irish be with us at Hazel Creek, Tanbah and Uncle Tom's but I don't believe it is luck any more, I believe it is fine management and that we will b the 2011 explorer of the year as well as the 2010 explorer of the year should we pursue opportunity.
An Irish Blessing May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rain fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
