Well said Aussie, I have found some of the stuff very funny to read. The bloke who got the 27 thumbs up must of had all his buddies from across the way come and vote. I think it was a case of sour grapes. They don't seem to like it when one of their neighbours have a good result.

I have been doing some figures on all the different scenarios and think someone will have to have a crack at taking Exs out. The CCP at the price of 175 mil is a good base price to start with. With all the other pieces of the pie a price of 90 to 100 cents could still give the new owners plenty of upside.IMO.
