I too sold two thirds of my JAK at 26-28c.
I still believe in the story and more importantly management.
I was not impressed with the first drilling results, they were poor and way less than the rock chip sampling. I now know why everyone in the know didn't jump with those first samples.

I still hold over 200k at an average of 14c and as they are effectively free due to profits taken, I am going to chuck them in the bottom draw and see what happens and if the results come good I will be bidding hard.
