    Given that IGS holds no part of WG at present and Sage says he owns 85% of WG.
    Does this mean Sage is in fact the vendor of WG .
    That the 1,500,000,0000 shares are going to him?

    I wonder what the Fed police came up with in Dec 2014 when they raided his offices.
