No mention of Dempsey or Cape Lambert in the top 20
No Form 604 since 06-Feb-2015 and that was a dilution, reduction in % only.


A holder with 23.34%, that’s 19.03% more than the next holder at 29-Sep-2014 disappears from the top 20 at a minimum of 9 days ago and no one notices or tells anyone? Sage tells the world he has acquired a controlling interest in IGS [2 times], although, according to macca he has been misquoted. Yer, right.
Some thing is not quite right here, not illegal, maybe not just quite right [from my very limited knowledge]

I am sure there will be a logical and very believable explanation from someone.

Also Pershing Nominees have increased to 10.20% - NO FORM 604, yet.
Also Boonyin Invest have increased to 7.8% - NO FORM 604, yet.
Deslauriers appears 3% - no form required.

Pershing, Boonyin and Deslauriers have just appeared as the top 3 and have 171,686,496 shares between them.
Note - The last the last 5 digits are the same as the last 5 digits in Dempsey’s disappeared holding.
Has there been a major share transfer that has not been announced yet? And yet it’s all in plain view.

Deslauriers just might just be a Canadian silver miner?

So if Sage has [personally?] purchased a controlling stake in IGS it could fit that it could be via Pershing and Boonyng.

There is also a lot of “nominee” accounts in the top 20.

It will be interesting to hear why the CFE holding was transferred or sold?
