Kosmos Ghana fields are worth US$6 a barrel and they are producing from it.
Where does CNE get US$10 a barrel at FID when its still over 2 years to first oil?
FAR's share of the oil, price wise, is practically what WPL paid for theirs.
Are you saying when FID is announced FAR's SP will magically jump to CNE's valuation per barrel?
As Ya has said and he knows 10 times more than any on here, non producing assets are valued very low due to the costs involved to come to get to production for any company.
The market is the one who puts a valuation on assets in the long run.
FAR's valuation for the assets it has is 5.7 cents according to the market which is much lower than the pre SAMO price.
The funny thing is plenty valued FAR in the 20/30 cent range pre SAMO, so what's changed?
The assets are the same pre SAMO yet here we are at 5.7 cents.
The only thing I can get from that is the cheer squad know zip about valuing a company.
