No not forced to with interest rates this low sub 4% and some good fixed incomes taking care of outgoings .. goal, of course, is to have Trading company debt free and in turn buy another commercial property with the free equity the banks do hate the sharemarket and will only value sharemarket equity around 5% (Commercial property 50% Res property 80%)
Really hoping IRC was going to it last year with my target SELL around 40c (hindsight shouldn't have been so greedy and went with 30c)
