I think JP and team(including MRP) have a plan and are currently implementing it.

"A clear pathway", a bit slow atm but imo that is because the ground work is being put in place to transform the new Horizon Minerals into a profitable mid-tier producer. I'm thinking there is 100% chance plans for a mill are happening. Neither companies have the resources alone to justify a large scale development but combined they do. Combine that with proven skills to deliver as shown with Teal I'm thinking the next 12 month could potentially be quite exciting.
