I asked for the original post to be removed, on 2nd thoughts, the company asked I remove 2 items which I've done.

The buy side has picked up significantly over the last week. I can see 32c ish being the bottom.

The company is backed by some solid yet to be formalised contracts. Although Gibio was the first, I think Freshero will be the first to submit big orders. Of course any MJ acquisition announcement will trump that.

I met with senior management 2 weeks ago while they were in Australia, I can tell you, their plans will lead to great things and are very realistic. Sorry for the delay in posting, I wanted to make sure they were happy with what I post below, they're extremely busy & took a while to get back to me.

On the Urban foods side, Freshero's testing phase will commence on Oct 1st. Of course RGI have already done this, so is a mere formality. Interestingly, it wont be Freshero's growers going to Canada, but the the representatives from the major supermarket chain they will be growing for. Apparently the supermarket chain has to be happy with everything first, then award the supply contract to Freshero. These contracts are usually long term, 10 years or so. Freshero also have close contacts with a large Chinese company. Both Nutrano & Freshmax were unable to supply the requested volumes, Mahoney hopes to remedy this with Freshero & Rotogro.

On the cannabis side, Health Canada are under staffed & have been concentrating on administering the new Cannabis Act which comes into effect on October 17. If you look at their web site you'll see they only issued 2 licenses for July & August compared with 7 in June. RGI has quite a few customers at the "letter of readiness" stage. They'll order 50 or so machines in the interim, but can't expand to their anticipated 300+ machines until Health Canada issue licenses.

As the licensing process is so slow, RGI is looking at buying a company that already has a license. Fairly easy to transfer apparently, this is what MPX have done with their acquisition of Canveda, a licensed Ontario based cultivator. MPX paid $18m for Canveda, and that was before the Health Canada slow down, I'd say most of that was just for the license as Canveda hadn't planted any crops at that stage & would rent the premises. In their recent webcast they said it'd take a further 8-10 weeks to grow their 1st crop (should have used rotogro) followed then by an inspection by Health Canada in around Jan. I believe you have to do 5 crops of at least 2500sq ft to get a sales license.

They are also looking to outsource the manufacture of the machines as they doubt they'll have the capacity to build all the Gibio, Freshero + cannabis orders. This will actually increase their margins as they can be manufactured significantly cheaper off shore (not China). Their manufacturing division would concentrate on R&D and any overflow.

I know it's been a long process since the IPO, significant rewards are in sight, Freshero & Gibio will be huge next year and stay tuned for MJ developments.
