They are so short sighted and need to understand that it is shareholders that need to be looked after when listing. If they did this then shareholders may buy on market & participate in CR etc. But if SH are shafted, then the market sees this & stays far away from listed companies that have shafted SH. SH are like customers, shaft them once or twice & they will avoid having anything to do with these companies.
