Ocka, Australia did not sell uranium to india because india is among other 3 nations that are not part of non-proliferation nuclear treaty. India did not gave damn abt the treaty in 1970 when this treaty was put in the force. India has openly tested nuclear war heads. Anyway, I see india going ahead with nuclear power sometime in near future say 5-10 years. India will need uranium then. I will not be surprised if Tony Abbott has already made a deal to sell uranium to india.
