Cannot comment on the Gunns deal until we have more detail from WBA. The dearth of info is annoying and again not being helpful to shareholders. When will the Board learn that good communication to shareholders benefits the sp in the long run?
All shareholders should contact WBA on this, how can we tell its a good deal otherwise. Secrecy or minimal info means its a bad purchase IMO when HOA have been signed. I want to be told what the return is on the $23M, is that asking too much?
Does the Board have to get shareholder approval for such a large transaction?
