The issue of the data has always been there and crops up from time to time. I first mentioned it in October. No financial institution will finance re-opening without it ( i.e. a resource statement to comply with JORC requirements). If a third party can't get hold of it, for whatever reason, then they will have to derive it (i.e. drilling, metallurgical test work etc). This makes any time frame for re-opening by third parties open to conjecture.
