Yes, but they have absolutely no track record of organising, building or running any mine, let alone one that requires billions of dollars to do it.
If you were a large bank would you back them? It's RTG's corporate reputation & track record that the lenders will be backing.
Show me where I'm wrong, but is there any other mine in the world that is even close to an approx 50:50 split, landowners & government with the builders/operators.
Please do not start sounding like andesite.
