As for debt, it will come dowm to terms. With the current estimated project economics & pay back period debt is s very positive route for building the mine.

Prices of graphite are likely to firm up over the coming years too which will further benefit the debt approach.

Less shares on issue the better.

Entry point is another conversation, like anything the higher risks are usually associated by higher rewards.

I'd sit back & observe, no need for many of these posts. When you feel the project is derisked to your liking all the best.
