They sold 30% of T3 for 20% of MOD (who upon completion own 100% of T3 - thereby really they only sold down 10%)... its an equity transaction so trying to throw dollar figures out there and saying its worth $26m is not really capturing the whole story in my opinion - if it were a cash transaction then sure.

So really they only sold 10% of T3 for $26m so maybe it’s worth $260m?? Or maybe it’s too hard to ascribe any value to a 100% equity deal? Each to their own on how they value these things.
