    Ignore the history of UGL SP. its a long story. Focus on their mega size order book and dominance in rail.... along with future earnings. I've wked the figures over and get eps growing significantly. Skaffold however are crzy about UGL and give 3yr IV of: 1.96, 3.01 and 3.70. I'm bullish but not that bullish.
