Given the recent market releases it looks like FXR is making some progress which is great news. The writ from a supplier is one thing however FXR seems confident in defending the claims. Good to see that the excess equipment sales are in progress and the dispute with the ex-executive is settled. They have also been given the go ahead on a few different exploration fronts which to me means their still here, they are still strong and soon will be back in business on the share market.
