Again, the likely flash point is NE Iraq IMHO.  The US Administration does not care about Idlib and Merkel has given a qualified green light to it (on the one hand) while sucking up to Erdogan (on the other hand).  Building from Rouhani's words, if a scorched earth approach is avoided there should be no problems, other than for the materiel Erdogan has supplied.

Moving forward I would not be surprised to see Western Idlib stay with Turkey following the conditions of the   economic rescue package.
