Yes there are a lot of "failed traders" who have written books, that's why I always research the author.
I read a lot of financial-related books. I don't care much for fictional crap as I see it to be a waste of my time. I would rather read about something I'm interested in - trading and investing.
Chat with traders is actually a Kiwi guy who now lives in Australia. He's interviewed some pretty talented traders.. but also a lot I've never heard of.
I tend to only pay attention to those who don't offer a "learn-to-trade" course. It seems every man and his dog now offer a course for a monthly fee. I figure, if they're that good at trading they wouldn't be spending so much time marketing a course.
