Agree. Performance rights need to be closely scrutinised by shareholders. Milestones are often necessary to achieve what is expected. I much prefer options to incentivate management with excise prices higher than current.
Escow should be lengthy.
I have TRF on my watch list but Performace rights sounds alarm bells and I will need to delve further.
