WSR is a shell transaction by people known in the industry. The guy driving this is Tony Grist who is the chairman of Amcon Limited which is currently under a $1.1 BILLION takeover. The $ 5 million raised had to be raised via a prospectus to satisfy chapters 1 and 2 so as Whitestar Resources could become Spookfish. The $5 million is a firm committment as outlined in the prospectus and the money will come in next week. The money comes from 5 astute investors and the main guy is Rod Jones who founded Navitas LTD ( NVT ) capped currently at $1.8 billion and Simon Hackett who is on the board of National broadband network (NBN ) and sold his digital business for over $100 million. They are cornerstone investors who have done their homework and stumped up a lot of money. These investors who came in on this raising have done their due diligence and feel the technology is better than Nearmap LTD ( NEA ). Just to do a quick market cap comparison WSR is capped at only approx. $20 million where as NEA is capped at approx. $203 million so expect a lot of upside from WSR.. Im on and im holding. JUST TO MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THE MONEY HAS BEEN ALREADY RAISED AS I THINK SOME PEOPLE ARE STILL CONFUSED THINKING THEIR IS A RAISING COMING...There is NO RAISING ... The money is RAISED
