There is a very real in human science place to your consideration...multiple study's have shown that when any person understands they are facing an uphill battle forced in counterfeit to be stacked against them..for example unrealistic house prices people cease to strive like they would have freely otherwise toward that goal...because it's a natural cognitive behaviour to recognise a dead horse...why struggle for any ideal at the top of ones own freely defined list of objectives (freely derived at objectives promotes well being like nothing else in life can) if there is a politically inspired designer overhang half way up so large it's insurmountable the majority people dont bother to create much at all in comparison to what they would have otherwise

People need to recognise Sydney and Melbourne as not cities but debt sources. It is where most of the debt programs and government programs are implemented created on debt.
