CAP have just announced that a new JV with Pure Metals was signed?

However it is not exactly the same terms as shareholders were lead to believe from the previous announcements. Pure Metal have be given one year to pay the $5m for a new JV.

So it does not look likely that the BFS is going to be completed in the shortest possible time as far as the funding commitments go and realistic plans to commence mining must be pushed back to somewhere near the end of this decade.

A long wait for most shareholders.
