That's right Al, when things aren't going well, look at the negatives. It's interesting to read the perspectives of others on the hot copper forums, as it provides quite an of insight into the how people operate in their daily lives. The ones who bitch and moan and whinge and whine I would say don't lead very positive lives, the ones who hold to their convictions, remain positive and refrain from letting emotions take over probably lead a pretty stable and balanced existence. I can only speak for myself, but like everyone else, I am in the hole as well, but do I sit back and want to throw stones at management because they get paid a lot. Well that's just the situation we are in 'deal with it' or sell up and take the hit. I sit here very happy with my life, because my large investment is in fact of very little worth when compared to what I hold valuable in life. So here's my glass half full perspective,

There is a definite strategy being put in play here. OBL have interested parties on the sideline who will jump on board once the conditions present themselves, but in the meantime whilst a company is in a state of flux, there is only on direction to go, and it is purposely being pushed down.

But if you would like to indulge me for a second. Think for a moment all the way back 2 years ago when the FMG deal fell through, why did management give 25% away for 1.75mil. They knew that under the agreement that was signed that they would not be seeing the money until all the loose ends were tied. So why did they do that? I have a hunch and we are seeing it coming into play now.

How did they get Lind on board for 7 mil of funding, why did they pay the convertible note back, why is there now a 3 month suspension on funding. It most certainly isn't because they are willingly trying to screw the SH's, quite the contrary. Here's what we have:

    A company that is solvent
    Legal issues nearing closure
    Interested parties on the sideline
A great relationship with the regulatory authorities
Fantastic strategic pipeline over in the East Coast

From where I stand this may be the perfect opportunity to average down (is you see fit), especially while we wait for SAT's decision and the wet season.

Because next year I believe will be an entirely different story.
