Brockman and Flinders Mines to work together

Sydney - Thursday - July 4: (RWE Australian Business News) - Brockman Mining Ltd (BCK) subsidiary Brockman Mining Australia Pty Ltd has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Flinders Mines Ltd (FMS) to work towards an aggregation arrangement and related transactions that would cover iron ore production from the respective companies' projects and may include infrastructure and transportation solutions as agreed between the parties.

Brockman owns 100pc of the Marillana iron ore project tenements, in the East Pilbara of Western Australia, which includes mining lease M47/1414, exploration licence E47/1408 and related mine infrastructure.

The Marillana project contains total Measured, Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources of 1.53Bt grading 42.6pc Fe of detrital Mineralisation and 101Mt grading 55.6pc Fe of CID mineralisation.

Brockman also owns 100pc of the Ophthalmia iron ore project, in the East Pilbara of WA, which includes the Coondiner, Sirius and Kalgan Creek tenements.

The Ophthalmia project contains total Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources of 290Mt grading 59.1pc Fe.

Flinders owns 100pc of the Pilbara Iron Ore Project (PIOP), also located in the East Pilbara of WA, and which includes the Blacksmith and Anvil tenements and related mine infrastructure.

The PIOP contains total Measured, Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources of 917Mt grading 55.2pc Fe.
