what annoys me is that is it possible at all that the directors of this Company did not foresee that this Company was in trouble?

alternatively if they realised that this was the case why didn't they take appropriate steps ahead of time to do something about it?

I think they were too busy pretending that everything was going fine and keeping appearances.

as some of us already highlighted this fact that until very recently the directors of the Company were buying shares in the market!!!

I wonder what was the true motivation of the Company directors for their action?
