My mistake Borris.
After ABQ hit the wall ,there was 15:1 consolidation....Followed by By capitalization.
There were different numbers on Appendix 3Bs.
As it stands...ABQ has:
# 309m FPO ...189m were issued at 0.01.... 120m shares were issued at 0.0025 ( those are currently a 10 bagger)
# 120Ks Partly paid shares (not important)
# 60m Options with exercise price 0.01.
Fully diluted 370m shares.
MC @ 0.024 roughly $9m.

I must say that ABQs adoption of the "agency model" where travelers pay the hotel upon check out ,will give it an edge over other sites operating on the "merchant model" where travelers pay the site in advance.
Margins in the agency model tend to be lower (around 10%)than the merchant model where margins of 20% is the norm.....But there seem to be a push by travelers & hotel brands towards the agency model.

Still like the lack of excitement & chatter on this thread....A bullish sign.
I bought ABQ for technical reasons without much DD...But I will gather more information along the way to see if it is for keeps.
