Why hasn't Crown done the same? Noteholders should demand a clarification from Crown. Its strengthens my conviction that whilst the Crown notes will be honored and probably repurchased at the first Call date (due to increasing interest rates) somebody is currently profiting by accumulating notes at well below redemption prices.

Hi,
Very different beasts these 2 hybrids. With very different terms.
The benefit of a distribution suspension much greater , and the downside of such a move much less, crown vs org.
