Crown is not permitted to buy back its own shares, but is Packer?
Unfortunately, I think you are making a mistake in taking small bits of the terms in isolation ,and extrapolating from that, without looking at how the various components interact.
I look forward to to a somewhat more detailed response from you, to the points raised in my previous post.
Perfectly happy to be proven incorrect, but it will require more than shouted evidence of ignorance to convince me.
But, perhaps I'm being too optimistic expecting such, from someone who didn't know when the stepup was.
