The difference between Origin's notes and Crowns

I note that Origin put out a public statement saying categorically it was going to honor its notes and noteholders.
Why hasn't Crown done the same? Noteholders should demand a clarification from Crown. Its strengthens my conviction that whilst the Crown notes will be honored and probably repurchased at the first Call date (due to increasing interest rates) somebody is currently profiting by accumulating notes at well below redemption prices.
