NTU has NEVER demonstrated economic viability at any point, virtually totally dependent one element with one primary application which manufacturers & end users have been designing out for years. DFS was pitched @ Dy $624kg from memory, a very faded fantasy.
May as well apply for Australian taxpayer funding for a Chinese controlled entity to start manufacturing horseshoes for export.
