I read an article about the exact thing - NTU don't have this huge debt burden after building a full scale plant like Lynas. Build a reputation and try and orchestrate more offtake agreements accordingly.

Lynas was well and truly looked after by the Japanese and 12 years tax free ststus in Malaysia too. If other companies see strategic value in NTU then the happy days.
