The yanks have been asking the Chinese for more, even trowing a tanty to get it, https://www.wto.org/english/tratop_e/dispu_e/cases_e/ds431_e.htm
then decided to open their own kitchen before the Chinese flooded the markets and put them out of business. Now they moved the bowl to China to be closer to the stove and hope NTU will save them if things go pear shape again.
