The best way to escalate the price is to first get the ASX listed company to make the announcement. Once it is out there they start to turn the screws and ramp up the terms/price threatening to pull the plug. Typically it's just a MOU anyway.
I am not saying that happened here, but another co I have shares in : BLK coughed up substantially more than the initial agreement.
I dont quite know what to do with WTN now. They completely X'd the last drill on Coppermine, and if I see another deal with their spin-out partner I think I am going to blow chunks.
