hi vautex--you are correct,there was no resolution at the agm re those shares--that is ,i think,because remta did not want to ratify that transaction,in case there was a legal challenge to it--however,that said,for the purpose of the vote on that day,the 19m was allowed in the calculations--again no ratification at the latest meeting,but again the 19m was allowed to vote,the result of course,has not been released,pending the outcome of the court hearing--i am happy with proceedings at the moment,even as slow as they are--cheers se
