Redfrog - RE the the issue of new securities, if you take a look at the agenda's for the AGM and that of the most recent meeting, you will see that their was no resolution put forward for the ratification of the securities issued to obtain the first 32% of Amitan. I guess that is why there was a meeting to issue the 35M to GPN. I believe the 19M issued for that acquisition may have fallen just short of 15%, hence the latest issue.
Agree with most of what you say. The new boards have a long way to go to prove that they are in fact different to the last board and they do actually have different intentions.
With any luck they can see what I see....an asset base that, if exploited correctly, has the potential to make everybody a lot more money than doing dodgy deals. Doing the right thing won't land you in jail either, or get your face on Four Corners.
Ill gladly punt everything I have on my FE theory, win or lose. If it turns out there was no FE and I lose, too bad for me, I start again.......but if I lose my money because of crooked deals....F U. I guess this is the last roll of the dice. I won't hold anything against those who have an honest shot no matter what the outcome.
Don't be fooled about the old crew moving the SP. AGU was in a steady downward spiral, they didn't do the SP any favours at all. Look at the damage they did to YRR and GPN too. If you support them, you deserve to lose you're money, especially if you want to vote them in on the promise they will run the SP up. Get real.
Vote against them at all costs.
I am also not happy about SP performance since the new crew got on board, and I conceed that there is not much you can do in this market. I am however annoyed that they are yet to address high costs (esp admin), and they do seem slow to progress. There is no shortage of drill rigs at present and therefore no reason not to be drilling Gabanintha (YRR). April should have the lowest rainfall out of the next 4 months and the last drill program was completed in early March 08. Thats over a year ago. Get moving.
This business with AGU should have no bearing on the progression of the Peak Hill drill program IMO. Get moving and be ahead of the pack when and if this dodgy turns.
