Did you base your numbers on levelised cost of electricity or just straight up plant cost initially ?
Are the coal predictions on HELE or Ultrasupercritical ?
Some of the newer wind farms are expected to achieve close to 45% of nameplate capacity. Obviously this is above average but it would be interesting to see how much difference this makes in pricing.
