    I have been told that the core is actually - Pentlandite which is the most common terrestrial nickel sulphide. A mate who is a Geo looked at it and confirmed this. If you look at the core picture you see sparkles throughout it that is disseminated Pentandite. I would be very surprised if this did not run some grade!!

    RE XRF - They are a great filed tool that give you good indications, the give of strange readings with temperature changes etc... So you can’t really announce their numbers with any real accuracy.

    I see a lot of people who blog also blog on other Fraser range player. I simply put it this way people; Is it any surprise that the tenement next door (boundary’s touch, not some 100km away). In the same fault/structure as the Nova discovery has the right looking core? Surely this can’t be too much of a surprise to anyone. Geological events that form ore bodies are few and far between so having the exact same conditions next door in the same structure is only logical as they formed at the same time, is there 1 or 40 deposits who knows but the Nova deposit is similar to other deposits found in Canada and they come in clusters!
