I made the diagram because there seems to be some real confusion about the nature of the connection between the two companies.
As you can see, there is no substantive connection between the fortunes of KNL and OZB/333D, rather, the only contractual connection is the Graphtech Ltd 50/50 joint venture between KNL and OZB/333D to research and commercialise 3d printing of graphene products.
I wish OZB/333D well in the backdoor listing process all the same - 3d graphene printing is exciting stuff.
