Minister Yeo and Fuziah and SMSL cabal will never allow Lynas to buy a "permit to pollute". It's new concept in the US. A means to fund anti-pollution advocates those who appose all carbon advancements thus even rare earth development and uses. Anything short of returning all materials soon to be even now this day or any day before Sept...since there is no down-stream industry such as Siemens MRI company in Malaysia, everything Lynas is involved in must be exported. Just you wait and see this happening if Lynas doesn't leave Malaysia (from the primate part of my brain).
