Seems to me the conduct of Premier Napthine could be four square before the Independent Commission of corruption...
Why?
Well here we have a Premier who is about to bring down abudget..he is promising all sorts of goodies daily in the press, new crossing, new roads, upgrades to schools, and it is all a lie. Now he cannot be accused of being incompetent.
Napthine knows a $1.2 billion dollar hit will not allow him to deliver on any of his promises...he knows to make a promise to the public that he cannot deliver on is alie..and he is making so many of them. Lying thru his teeth.
As the responsible Minister he has a duty to inform the public of the state of play..in the Courts and the market as to his intentions..will he appeal or pay up.
