Yes - I was being slightly facetious.

My take on market cap and shares on issue. Assume a market cap of $10m.
Company A has 10m shares at $1 = $10m
Company B has 100m shares at 10c = $10m
What's the difference? The company is still valued at $10m.
For example, I could have 10k shares in company A worth $10k or...
I could have 100k shares in company B worth $10k.
At the end of the day, if either share price goes up 10%, either company is worth 10% more.

I realise there's a lot more to it than that but I like to keep things simple.
