Totally agree on the awfulness of opioids.
Interestingly, in the US, West Virginia is not only the epicentre of the opioid epidemic, with the highest rate of drug overdose mortality, but also has the highest rate of age-adjusted OA prevalence.
This could save a lot of lives.
