outstanding ordinary shares at a purchase price of AUD $0.165 (which was
approximately $0.119660 U.S. Dollars as of 09/25/2018) per share.
Should instructions in excess of the amount be received, the company reserves
the right to apply proration on a "first come, first served" basis.
