a placement could be an explanation for a dip. But like I mentioned the trading is weird. All of a sudden in the after market everything is pulled on the sale up to 83.5 because none of it is legit. A few sellers are back in to close her down and make the dip look legit which it isn’t. Your explanation of a placement does have some substance..could be a potential drag back for a placement. Seen brokers manipulate share prices into ranges to make placement prices appear more fair.
